Returns & Refunds Policy
Because all our products are made to order and customised to your specifications, we cannot accept returns if you change your mind once your order has been produced or delivered. Please check your order details carefully before confirming at checkout.
When You Can Get a Refund or Replacement
We will always put things right if:
• Your order arrives damaged in transit.
• The product is faulty or does not match the specification you provided.
In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
• Your order number.
• Photos showing the issue.
We’ll then arrange a replacement or refund, including covering the cost of return postage if needed.

When Refunds Are Not Available
We cannot offer refunds or accept returns if:
• You decide you no longer want the item after delivery.
• You provided incorrect details for personalisation or customisation.
• The item has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Refund Process
• If your refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (if applicable).
• If a replacement is agreed, we’ll confirm the timescale with you as production times may vary.
